85 year old male. Persistently raised alkaline phosphatase and PSA of 5. Refuses prostatic biopsy. ?metastases

Procedure

Anterior and posterior images are shown, 3hrs after injection

1) Are there any abnormal areas of uptake?
2) If so, where?
3) What is the likely cause(s) for this?
4) Discuss the role of PSA in determining the need for bone scans in prostate cancer staging.
