The Trust wants to ensure that every member of staff is kept safe and protected whilst working at the Royal United Hospital throughout the Covid-19 pandemic period.
To help us understand what is needed for individuals to be safe and protected we have previously requested that certain groups of staff undertake a Risk Assessment. The Trust now requires all members of staff to undertake a short risk assessment to determine if there is any further action needed.
For many staff there is a low risk of serious complications from Covid-19. The aim of asking all staff to undertake the risk assessment is so that we know that we are doing all that we can to provide a safe working environment for you.
