Urgent requests for anti-GBM MUST be phoned direct to the immunology department (extension 4737)

Human serum or EDTA, heparin or citrate plasma. When using heparin plasma as sample material the MPO antigen band may occasionally show an unspecific, very weak reaction.

Interfering Substances = Haemolytic, lipaemic and icteric sera up to a concentration of 5 mg/ml for haemoglobin, of 20 mg/ml for triglycerides and of 0.4 mg/ml bilirubin showed no effect on the analytical results of the present EUROLINE.
