(a.k.a Suxamethonium sensitivity, Cholinesterase)
Special instructions
A serum and an EDTA sample should be provided, so that genotyping can be performed if an abnormal phenotype is present. NB for exposure to organophosphates, red cell cholinesterase is the appropriate test.
