Clozapine analysis is not routinely available via RUH.

Patients on clozapine should be monitored via the clozapine monitoring service organised via the liaison psychiatry team/local mental health pharmacy. Clozapine analysis requires a specific kit and samples are sent to Magna Labs.

For patients within the BNSSG ICB, please contact AWP Callington Road Pharmacy. For those in the BSWICB, please contact AWP Calne Pharmacy.

Outside of these ICBs, contact AWP Pharmacy geographically closest to you.
