The biochemistry department at the Royal United Hospital Bath provides a 24/7 UKAS accredited laboratory service for primary and secondary care.

The department of Clinical Biochemistry provides clinical advice on appropriate investigation of patients and interpretation of test results.

The duty biochemist is available 9-5 Monday to Friday, on this number. Biochemistry consultants are also available via Consultant Connect. Please note this service is for health professionals only.

Outside core hours a clinical advice service is provided via the on-call consultant who can be contacted via switchboard (01225 428331).
