Patient Experience Matters
We will listen, hear and act, putting the patient and family voice at the heart of our services.
We see thousands of patients each month:
- 30,000 outpatient attendances
- 2,500 day case appointments
- 4,500 non-elective inpatient cases
We want to hear from patients, their families / carers and the local community to understand how we can better work together to improve patient and family / carer experience at our hospital.
