Male Breast Tissue Enlargement

The specialist medical team in the breast unit at the RUH see a considerable number of men due to problems with enlargement of breast tissue (gynaecomastia)

A small number of men may seek to undergo surgery to reduce the amount of breast tissue. 

Please Note:
This type of surgery is available at the RUH but prior authorisation through the local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is required.
