Cancer Support Workers

There are also 2 Cancer Support Workers within the Breast Unit and Urology for prostate patients. We also have therapists as part of the Living With and Beyond Cancer team.

Volunteers

We have volunteers within the centre that can help you find information or offer a friendly listening ear. Some of our volunteers have personal experience of cancer and its treatment.

Other people you might meet

When diagnosed with a cancer, you will meet many staff members who are here to support and guide you through your pathway. It can sometimes be confusing, knowing who to speak to about a particular concern or worry that you may have.
