Introduction of New Equipment

All new equipment for decontamination must be accompanied by a completed Introduction of New Equipment Form along with manufacturer's decontamination instructions.

This New Equipment Form must be submitted two weeks before any planned first use of the equipment to allow SSD staff time to add equipment to the tracking and tracing system, set up equipment set lists and receive any specialist training which may be appropriate for the new Equipment.
