Your team appraisal portlet shows at a glance the compliance for your hierarchy. It is here that you can manage and keep track of your appraisals.

Once you have completed an appraisal for a team member you manage you can record the date and upload the appraisal document directly into your ESR.

There is no need to send information anywhere – your compliance will update within 24 hrs.
