Managing Appraisals (reports)

You can find out more information about your appraisals by clicking on the grey compliance bar. This takes you to some reports called Business Intelligence or BI reports.

Appraisals by Organisation is useful for those managers that have multiple teams in their hierarchy. This BI report will allow you to see a summary of compliance at different levels in your hierarchy.

Manage Appraisals Due enables supervisors to see a BI report where you can monitor when appraisals are due. A drop down box enables you to filter a list by Due now, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months.
