Annual Report
The Trust's annual report has been issued every year since the Trust came into being.
The Annual Report typically contains a summary of the annual accounts, performance, events and achievements during the year, and outlines future prospects.
It also advises who is on the Trust Board and what they are responsible for.
The Annual Report is produced in brochure format for ease of distribution to GP practices, libraries and other public places.
