How We Make Decisions
The Trust Board is responsible for the strategic leadership, policy making and overall performance.
The Board is made up of Non Executive Directors – people chosen from the wider community to participate in the decision making processes of the Trust.
The Board consists of Executive Directors, some of whom are health professionals.
Trust board meetings are normally held monthly.
At the start of each meeting, there is a period allowed for individuals attending to make statements or ask questions.
