Telephone Clinics
We have dedicated clinics delivered through the week to assess patients prior to arranging the most appropriate diagnostic test. You will be contacted by letter and telephone to make these arrangements for you.
These clinics are run by Colorectal Nurse Practitioners and our Physician Associate, who have undergone further training and who are independent in their practice for this purpose.
We offer outpatient face-to-face clinic appointments alongside telephone clinics to patients who require this on referral to the colorectal pathway.
We provide a clinical assessment with a holistic approach to our patients right from the beginning of referral.
Following assessment is it likely that you will be referred for further investigations and tests. These may include a Colonoscopy, Upper Endoscopy (OGD) and/or CT examination.
