Maternity information event - 21 July 2022
Our Deputy Chief Nurse and Director of Midwifery Sarah Merritt hosted an open, virtual session on Thursday 21 July where attendees could hear more about the challenges facing maternity services nationally and locally and the steps we are taking to reinstate community and home births as soon as it is safe to do so. Sarah was joined by Kerry Perkins, Maternity Matron at the RUH and Sandy Richards, BSW Local Maternity and Neonatal System Lead Midwife and PMO. Thank you to everyone who attended the event and to all those who submitted questions.
