RUH Bath Trust Board
Senior Staff and Management Board Members
The business of the Trust is principally managed by the Trust Board.
The Trust Board is a statutory authority which sets out the overall strategy for the Trust and monitors performance.
The Trust Board consists of a non-executive Chairman, executive and non-executive directors including the Chief Executive.
Non-executive directors are appointed by the Secretary of State to bring an independent view to the decision making processes of the Board and represent the public interest.
The Board normally meets every month, usually at Royal United Hospital. Dates and venues of meetings are published on the Trust's web site.
Members of the public have an open invitation to attend.
