Governors Virtual Coffee Morning
Dear Member,
We would like to thank those of you who completed our recent survey and are delighted to inform you that we will be trialling a Members Virtual Coffee Morning on Wednesday 18th August from 10:30 – 11:30am.
The session will be led by our Lead Governor, Gill Little with Governors from other constituencies present for you to meet and chat to and if this session is successful we may be able to roll them out to individual constituencies throughout the year.
The idea behind this session is to provide an informal opportunity for members to chat to Governors, ask questions and provide feedback (what you normally would have done at our events over a cup of coffee). There will be no set agenda and will rather focus on what you have to say as members.
The Governors are looking forward to engaging with you all and hearing your questions and feedback. However, we do ask that you keep questions and feedback general and avoid those of a personal nature. As always, please direct any issues related to your care to the PALS Team at ruh-tr.PALS@nhs.net
With an open forum such as this, there are a few rules that we ask you to abide by in order for the session to run effectively:
- Please read the attached guide to using Teams for this session
- Remember to keep your camera off and microphone muted unless you are speaking
- Use the 'Raise Hand' icon to indicate you wish to speak
