  • We hold a formal monthly multi-disciplinary meeting, involving colleagues from Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology and Neurology where we discuss the management of more complex patients
  • We provide a weekly ward round, where complex or unwell patients are reviewed by a consultant either on our Day Unit or in the main hospital
  • All patients are offered the opportunity to become part of our active lupus research programme
  • We are a British Isles Lupus Assessment Group (BILAG) centre and a recruitment site for the BILAG Biologics Register (BILAG-BR): a large observational study underway in UK hospitals looking at the safety and effectiveness of biologic and biosimilar treatment for SLE
