Living with and Beyond Cancer
During your cancer journey you will meet with the Cancer Support Workers who will guide you in completing a Holistic Needs Assessment to help identify any concerns you may have. They will then sign post you to any relevant services or support as required.
Cancer Information and Support Clinic (CISC)
Is a group information and support session for patients, families and carers at or soon after diagnosis.
These clinics run for one and half hours most Fridays of the month. Topics include: What is cancer? treatment and side effects, Emotional support, Diet and exercise, Managing fatigue. Health and Wellbeing Events
When your treatment is completed the Cancer Information and Support Centre will invite you to Health and Wellbeing Event this is a half day event and includes sessions on diet, exercise, fatigue, psychological support and the opportunity to speak to a cancer nurse specialist or other health professional.
