Dr Natasha Zurick

Natasha qualified in medicine from Bristol University and did her general paediatric training in the Southwest and Wessex regions. Natasha's specialist allergy training was with the allergy teams at Southampton.

Following on from that she started working at the RUH in 2004. She worked as a Paediatric Consultant in all areas of general paediatrics and neonatology at the RUH but now focuses on allergy clinics and also has an interest in coeliac disease.

Dr Ellie Augustine

Ellie qualified in medicine in London and also did her post-graduate paediatric training there. Ellie became a consultant in 2014 shortly before joining the paediatric allergy team. She enjoys all areas of allergy; supporting families with young babies with possible allergy and preventing allergies is of particular interest to her.

Ellie also works within general paediatrics at the RUH and up until recently was a consultant on the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Dr Nick Sargant

Nick qualified in medicine from Guy's and St Thomas' medical school in London in 2000. He undertook post-graduate paediatric training in the London, Southeast and Southwest regions in addition to a year's fellowship at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.

Nick's specialist allergy training was completed between the RUH and Bristol Royal Hospital for Children where he is now primarily based as a Consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine and Allergy. As part of his allergy training, Nick obtained a master's degree in allergy from the University of Southampton and has a specific interest in anaphylaxis.

Tiffany North

Tiffany joined the allergy team in 2016, setting up and developing the nurse led service with the consultants. She is passionate about allergies and has experience in working with children and young people of all ages.

Her main role is to support families in managing the practical and emotional aspects of their child's allergies, as well as conducting nurse led clinics in all aspects of allergy diagnosis, management and support. Tiffany has previously been a member of the BSACI Nurse Council.

Maria Prangley

Maria joined the Allergy Team in 2021 as their dedicated Medical Secretary. She joined specifically to support families and clinicians to ensure the smooth delivery of the allergy service.

She is often the first port of call for our families and works with care, efficiency and in the best interests of our young patients. With a passion for customer care Maria has a background and extensive experience in customer service and administration.
