Transition to adult services

We aim to transition young people to adult services at aged 17.

Faye Price and Sarah Davis will invite you to a joint transition clinic to talk about preparing for adult life with a diagnosis of epilepsy. Parents/carers are very welcome to come along to this appointment.

We use the "Ready, Steady, Go" paperwork (click for details) to help guide our discussions if this is appropriate for you.
