Coach House

The Coach House is the core internal team responsible for delivering the training of the Bath Improvement System tools, routines and behaviours, as well as coaching teams and provide expert guidance and support as they implement improvement in their areas.

As the specialists in the Bath Improvement System they are able to support additional improvement work that requires the use of this methodology - eg. developing an A3 for problem solving or mapping processes to identify, reduce and eliminate wastage.
