Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Videos
These videos are designed for anyone on active treatment for cancer or for anyone building up their fitness ahead of or after treatment.
If you have been given any equipment for exercise, such as a lymphoedema sleeve or hernia belt, get this ready before starting. Also, if you have been given any special precautions or restrictions by your medical team, please respect those and exercise within your own limits.
